However, as this is a residential building, we kindly request that guests refrain from using the balcony and common areas after 10 pm. We want to ensure the comfort and peace of our neighbors.
Regarding gatherings, small ones are welcome with prior approval. However, large parties or events must be discussed in advance.
Pets are also welcome, but they must be pre-approved. There may be an additional cleaning fee for pets.
The rooftop bar/restaurant and shared pool are managed by the building and usually operate daily. However, the hours may vary.
Lastly, please ensure that all overnight guests register with us and with building security for everyone’s safety.

Staying in the Penthouse was a brilliant experience. It is very spacious, clean, and the pool is literally right outside the door - making for wonderful family memories perched atop the hustle and bustle of Accra. Osu is also a wonderful neighborhood where you can have a very authentic experience. Nana and his team were always there to help and we would recommend this flat to anyone visiting Accra.
We had a wonderful stay at Nana's fantastic 3-bedroom apartment in Accra! The place was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and the bed-sheets were fresh, which made our stay very pleasant. The pool was an absolute highlight—my family enjoyed it almost daily, and it was a great way to unwind. That said, a few small improvements could elevate the experience. Adding basics like a hair dryer (especially handy after swimming, as I was traveling with three girls), some temporary bathing soap. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend this apartment for a comfortable and enjoyable visit!

We had an amazing time at this property! Six of us stayed comfortably, and the space was perfect for our group. The layout was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy each other's company. The house was decorated nicely, clean, and equipped with most of what we needed. The location was also ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still quiet enough for us to unwind and soak in the atmosphere. Our host was responsive. This trip was to celebrate my 40th birthday, and the property definitely played a huge part in making it unforgettable.
